“MATERIAL ECHO”は、機能やデザイン性で素材を選ぶ従来のものづくりを見直し、素材との新しい付き合い方を探る試み。自然素材を目の前にしたときに生まれてくるデザインを重視し、木材が家具になるまでのプロセス、ソファやテーブルの展示をgraf porchで行う予定です。
同日より開催されるOsaka Art & Designに参加いたします。

“MATERIAL ECHO” is our experiment to explore the new way to deal with materials, reviewing the conventional manufacturing process in which materials are selected for their function and design.
In this exhibition, we will highlight the importance of design that starts with the material, by exhibiting furniture made from natural materials and the process of making them.
graf porch is an alternative space managed by graf.It consists of a residence space where you can stay using our original furniture and products, and a gallery space where exhibitions of art, design, and craftsmanship are held.It can also be used as a studio for shooting and recording.
